Firstly cut the undercut beef and chicken into small pieces.
Add chopped onions along with ¼ cup water in a wok and heat until the onions are tender and the water dries off.
Add the chicken and beef and cook until the color of the meat changes Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a further 3 minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes along with all the spices ,whipped yogurt, salt and 1 cup water.Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes
Uncover and add the chopped coriander, green chilies and dried fenugreek and cook until the water just dries.
Add the ghee and cook for a further 3-4 minutes.
The delicious red and white karhai is ready to serve.
