1-Cut Red bell pepper red capsi, tomatoes, onion into small cubes.
2-Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan, put mustard seeds, urad dal and red chillies.
3-Wait till the urad dal turns golden brown and fry the three vegetables for about 5 minutes.
4-Put all these in a blender, add salt and grind together.
5-This chutney goes very well with chapattis.
