Red Chicken Curry recipe by Zubaida Tariq. This delightful Main Course recipe of Red Chicken Curry can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish. Hide

INGREDIENTS

Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
Baby corn 4 to 5
Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
Green chilies 2 cut in thin strips
Fresh red chilies 2 cut in strips
Spring onion 1 cut in diagonally
Tomato half julienne
Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Coconut milk powder 2 tbsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Coriander crushed 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sesame seeds 1 tsp
Peanuts 6 to 8
Chili powder 1 tsp

METHOD

Heat oil add ginger garlic paste, crushed red pepper, chili powder, salt, crushed coriander, tomato paste, fry well, add chicken cubes, fry for 5 minutes add half cup water, cover and cook for 10 minutes, open and add all vegetables, cook for another 5 minutes, serve with garlic rice.
