Ingredients
  1. Dry milk  2 cup
    Fresh milk  1 ½ litre
    Khoya   250 gm
    Egg         2
    Sugar     1 cup
    Cardamom powder         1 tsp
    Baking powder  1 tsp
    White flour         2 tbsp
    Kewra essence few drops
    Almond pistachio             ½ cup
    Saffron or food color      1 pinch
    Clarified butter 2 tbsp
Method
  • In a pan add 1 ½ litre milk with 1 cup sugar to boil.
    Then add 250 gm khoya and few drops of kewra essence to cook.
    In a bowl add 2 cup dry milk, 2 tbsp clarified butter, 2 tbsp white flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cardamom powder and 1 pinch saffron or food color to mix.
    Whisk 2 eggs and pour it slowly in mixture and knead it.
    Now make patties from batter and place in boiled milk and turn off the flame.
    Cool it and garnish with ½ cup almond pistachio and serve.
