Ingredients
  1. Noodles boiled½ packet
    Milk1/2 liter
    Corn flour¼ cup
    Sugar125 gm
    Mix fruit chopped1 tin
    Red jelly1 packet
    Green jelly1 packet
    Almond chopped25 gm
    Pistachio chopped25 gm
    Fig chopped50 gm
    Dry dates chopped50 gm
    Raisin50 gm
    Fresh cream200 ml
Method
  • In a pan put ½ liter of milk, cook till it comes to a boil, add ¼ cup corn flour paste and cook till thickens. Stir continuously and cool completely.
    Now add 125 gm sugar and mix well.
    Add ½ packet of boiled noodles, 25 gm chopped almond, 25 gm chopped pistachios, 50 gm chopped dates, 50 gm raisin, 50 gm chopped fig, 1 tin of fruit cocktail and 200 ml fresh cream.
    Mix well, lastly add jelly cubes and put in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
