Ingredients
  1. 1/2 kg Meat
  2. 1 Egg
  3. 4 Almond
  4. 1 cup Fried onion
  5. 1 tsp All spice powder
  6. 2 tsp Chili powder
  7. 2 tbsp Roasted chickpea powder
  8. 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
  9. 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  10. 2 tbsp Poppy seeds
  11. 2 tbsp Yogurt
  12. to taste Salt
  13. Ingredients for Gravy
  14. 250 gm Onion ground
  15. 250 gm Yogurt.
  16. 1/2 cup Oil
  17. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  18. 1 tsp All spice powder.
  19. 2 tsp Chili powder.
  20. 2 tsp Coriander powder
  21. for garnishing Green chilies and coriander
  22. to taste Salt
Method
  • In chopper put together 1/2 kg meat and 1 cup fried onion. Put this mixture in a bowl. Add 1 Egg, 4 Almonds, 1 tsp All spice powder, 2 tsp Chili powder, 2 tbsp roasted chickpea powder, 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut, 2 tbsp Sesame seeds, 2 tbsp Poppy seeds, 2 tbsp Yogurt and Salt to taste. Mix well and make small balls. Now heat 1/2 cup oil in pan, add 1 tsp fenugreek seeds and fry well. Now add 250 gm ground Onion and fry. Add 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp all spice powder, 2 tsp Chili powder, 2 tsp Coriander powder and Salt to taste. Also add 250 gm whipped Yogurt and fry well till oil comes on top. Now add meat balls with 1/2 cup water. Fry well again. Now add 1 glass of water, cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes till meat balls are tender. Garnish with Green chilies and coriander. Serve hot.
