Ingredients
  1. Chicken breasts cubed ½ kg
  2. Capsicums 2 cubed
  3. Mushrooms 6
  4. Parathay 6
  5. Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  6. Garlic 2 tsp chopped
  7. Thyme ½ tsp
  8. Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  9. Mustard paste 2 tbsp
  10. Fresh cream 1 cup
  11. Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  12. Salt ½ tsp
  13. Olive oil 4 tbsp
  14. For Chutney:-
  15. Green chillies 4
  16. Sesame seeds ½ cup
  17. Tamarind pulp ½ cup
  18. Whole white cumin seeds 1 tsp
  19. Salt ½ tsp
  20. Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  21. Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method
  • • Marinate chicken with black pepper powder, salt, tomato paste, mustard paste, thyme, garlic, 2 tbsp cream and lemon juice in a bowl and leave aside for half an hour.
  • • Skew alternately chicken pieces, capsicums and mushrooms on 6 shashlik sticks.
  • • Heat grill pan, put oil and grill shashlik from both sides.
  • • Blend together all ingredients for chutney.
  • • Slide off sheesh touk from shashlik sticks onto parathas, put chutney and remaining cream on them and roll parathas, Serve.
