INGREDIENTS

Chicken breasts cubed ½ kg

Capsicums 2 cubed

Mushrooms 6

Parathay 6

Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Garlic 2 tsp chopped

Thyme ½ tsp

Tomato paste 2 tbsp

Mustard paste 2 tbsp

Fresh cream 1 cup

Lemon juice 4 tbsp

Salt ½ tsp

Olive oil 4 tbsp

For Chutney:-

Green chillies 4

Sesame seeds ½ cup

Tamarind pulp ½ cup

Whole white cumin seeds 1 tsp

Salt ½ tsp

Turmeric powder ½ tsp

Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

METHOD

• Marinate chicken with black pepper powder, salt, tomato paste, mustard paste, thyme, garlic, 2 tbsp cream and lemon juice in a bowl and leave aside for half an hour.
• Skew alternately chicken pieces, capsicums and mushrooms on 6 shashlik sticks.
• Heat grill pan, put oil and grill shashlik from both sides.
• Blend together all ingredients for chutney.
• Slide off sheesh touk from shashlik sticks onto parathas, put chutney and remaining cream on them and roll parathas, Serve.
