Ingredients
  1. Minced beef ½ kg
  2. Potatoes (boiled and mashed) ½ kg
  3. Capsicum (finely cut) 1
  4. Tomatoes (finely cut) 2
  5. Onions finely cut) 1 cup
  6. Cheddar cheese ½ cup
  7. Milk ½ cup
  8. Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
  9. Black pepper powder 2 tsp
  10. Mustard powder 1 tsp
  11. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  12. Hot spices powder ½ tsp
  13. Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
  14. Salt 1 tsp
  15. Oil ¼ cup
Method
  • • Mix milk, salt and 1 tsp black pepper in potatoes; fill a piping bag with it and keep aside.
  • • Heat oil in a pot and fry onions till golden.
  • • Add tomatoes and ginger, garlic and fry.
  • • Add mince, salt, remaining black pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot spices and tomato ketchup.
  • • Cook until mince is tender.
  • • Layer a pyrex dish with mince, capsicum and cheese.
  • • Decorate with potato using piping bag.
  • • Bake dish in pre-heated oven at 180°c for 15 minutes.
