Ingredients
  1. 1) 4 Cups cooked shrimp
  2. 2) 1 Cup beans sprouts
  3. 3) 1 Cup green ball pepper
  4. 4) 1 Cup onion
  5. 5) 1 Cup mushroom pieces
  6. 6) 2 tsp Ginger (minced)
  7. 7) 1 tsp Garlic powder
  8. 8) 1 tsp Soy sauce
  9. 9) 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  10. 10) 2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  11. 11) 1/2 Cup chicken broth
  12. 12) 4 tbsp Sherry wine
  13. 13) 2 tsp Cornstarch
Method
  • 1. Chop the onions, green ball peppers and mushroom pieces.
  • 2. Heat the oil.
  • 3. Add chopped bean sprouts, green ball peppers, mushroom pieces, onions and minced ginger.
  • 4. Stir in garlic powder.
  • 5. Mix sesame oil, salt, sherry, chicken broth, corn starch and peppers in jar
  • 6. Add this to the fried vegetables.
  • 7. Now mix cooked shrimp to the mixture and cook till thick.
  • 8. Shrimp Szechwan is ready.
