Ingredients
  1. Sole fish boneless½ kg
    Saltto taste
    Onion chopped1
    White pepper powder¼ tsp
    Black pepper powder¼ tsp
    Lemon juice¼ cup
    Mustard paste1 tsp
    Apple1
    Banana2
    Raisin25 gm
    Flour½ cup
    Egg whites2
    Butter2 tbsp
    Oil¼ cup
Method
  • Marinate fish with salt to taste, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, lemon juice and mustard paste.
    Beat egg whites till stiff. Now dip marinated fish in beaten egg whites, coat with dry flour. Shallow fry till golden brown.
    In another wok heat 2 tbsp butter, add 1 tbsp flour and fry till golden brown. Now add ¼ cup lemon juice, 1 apple cut into cubes, 2 chopped bananas and 25 gm raisins.
    Also add a little water and a little salt. Cook till sauce thickens, pour sauce on top of fried fish. Serve hot.
