پیاز(باریک کٹی ہوئی)۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک عدد
پسی ہوئی کالی مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
تیل۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچے

METHOD

ایک پیالے میں انڈے،نمک، اور کالی مرچ پھینٹ لیں۔فرائینگ پین میں تیل گرم کریں۔اس میں آلو پیاز درمیانی آنچ پر پکائیں۔جب آلو گل جائیں تو اس کے اوپر پھنٹے ہوئے انڈے ڈال دیں۔اس دونوں جانب سے سنہری رنگ آنے تک پکا کر نکال لیں اور ٹکڑے کاٹ کر پیش کریں۔
