Cook ½ kg bone marrow, water and 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste for 3-4 hours. Now take the bones out and keep them aside. Sauté 1 cup flour nicely. Now take oil in a pan and fry 2 onions till golden brown. Now add in ginger, garlic and 1 kg beef. Cook it then add Gulzar special Nihari masala.
Cook it for 1-2 minutes on a high flame and add in stock. When the meat tenders, mix flour with water and gradually add it in nihari and mix it. When the gravy thickens add in marrow. In the end take some oil in the pan and sauté some onion. Pour the oil in nihari. Garnish nihari with green chilies, green coriander, lemons and ginger.
