توے کی مسی روٹی (INGREDIENTS)

توے پر پکی ھوئی پتلی چپاتی----- چھے عدد
بیسن ------- دس بڑے چمچ
پیاز ------ چار چمچ چوپ کی ہوئی
آلو ---------دو عدد چوپ کئے ہوئے
لہسن------ایک چائے کا چمچ پسا ہوا
اجوائن ------- ایک چٹکی
ھلدی------ایک چٹکی
نمک مرچ -------حسب ذ ائقہ
سبز مرچ ------- چار عدد چوپ کی ہوئی
زیرہ پاؤڈر ----- ایک چمچ
انار دانہ ----- تین چمچ
سبز دھنیا ----- دو چمچ
خشک پودینہ ---- ایک چٹکی
پانی -----حسب ضر ورت
آئل --------حسب ضرورت

METHOD

بیسن میں تمام اجزا شامل کر کے پانی سے گاڑھی پیسٹ بنا لیں۔ اور آدھے گھنٹی کے لئے پڑا رہنے دیں۔ اب ایک ایک چپاتی لے کر اسکی ایک سائیڈ پر یہ مکسچر لگا کر توے پر گھی ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر گولڈن ہونے تک سیک لیں۔ دوسری سائیڈ سادہ رہنے دیں اور اسکو بھی ہلکا سا سیک لیں۔ املی کی چٹنی اور کیچپ کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔

AOA.i tried all the recipes like Roghani Nan Bun Kabab & found nice. but a problem im facing is that when im preparing pizza,the edges become harden. dont why. Please solve my this problem & advice me in this regard.
