Mince the onions. Mince garlic, ginger and green chillis finely. Brown onion in a little butter. Add the ground spices and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add all the remaining ingredients except the eggs. Cook gently until the butter floats to the top. Meanwhile, scramble the eggs in butter in a separate pan and add to the onions and spices. Cook for a few minutes and serve with rice or nan.
