Ingredients
  1. Chicken legs 4
    Salt 1tsp
    Black pepper powder ½ tsp
    Oregano ½ tsp
    Chopped garlic 1 tsp
    Crushed red chili 1tsp
    Red chili paste 2tbsp
    Vinegar 1 tbsp
    Oil 4tbsp
    Flour ½ cup
    Oil for deep fry
Method
  • Marinate 4 Chicken legs with 1tsp Salt, ½ tsp of black pepper, 1/2 tsp of oregano, 1tsp of crushed garlic, 1tsp of crushed red chili, and 2tbsp of red chili paste, 1tbsp of vinegar and 4 tbsp of oil for about 30 min.
    Then dust marinated chicken with flour1/2 cup flour and allow to deep fry.
    Delicious spicy chicken fry is ready to serve.
