Ingredients
  1. Chicken 500 grams
    Oil4 tbsp
    Carrot1
    Kidney beans1cup
    Sweet corn½ cup
    Green onion3-4
    Green capsicum            1
    Ginger2 tsp
    Garlic1 tsp
    Crushed black pepper1tsp
    Crushed red chilitsp
    Soya sauce2 tbsp
    Oyster sauce1 tbsp
    Orange juice¼ cup
    Corn starch1 tbsp
    Salt½ tsp
Method
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry 500 grams of chicken until golden brown.
    Now add 1tsp garlic, 2tsp ginger, 1tsp of crushed black pepper, 1tsp crushed red chili and ½ tsp of salt and allow frying.
    Then add 1 carrot, 1cup of kidney beans, and 1/2 cup of sweet corn and 1green capsicum and cook till vegetables are tenderized.
    Now add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp soya sauce, and ¼ cup orange juice.
