1. Marinate the chicken pieces for half an hour with garlic, salt and vinegar.
2. Mix white flour, eggs, corn flour and Soya sauce in a bowl.
3. Remove the chicken pieces from the marinade and dip in the white flour mixture so that the chicken is well covered with the batter.
4. Pour oil in a wok (karhai), heat it and then fry the chicken pieces on low heat until golden brown.
5. Take out and drain on absorbent paper.
6. Serve hot.
