Ingredients
  1. Coconut milk 1 cup
    Fresh red chili 6
    Garlic 4 cloves
    Onion 1
    Black pepper ½ tsp
    Salt ½ tsp
    Lemon juice 4 tbsp
    Chicken breast piece ½ kg
    Oil  4 tbsp
    Stalk 2 cup
    Coriander leaves as required
Method
  • Make a paste of 1 cup coconut milk, 6 fresh red chilies, 4 garlic cloves,1 onion, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt and 4 tbsp lemon juice.
    Divide chicken breast in 2 pieces, marinate it with the paste and leave it for half an hour.
    Then heat 4 tbsp oil and cook chicken on low flame. As the water dries out add 2 cup chicken stalk. Cover the pan and let it cook on low flame.
    In the end turn off the stove and serve it coriander and egg noodles.
