Super Veggie Pizza recipe by Shireen Anwar. This delightful Main Course recipe of Super Veggie Pizza can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish. Hide

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients for pizza dough
Flour 2 cups
Egg 1
Salt ½ tsp
Sugar 1 ½ tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Instant yeast 1 ½ tsp
Powdered milk 2tbsp
Ingredients for filling
Pizza sauce 4 tbsp
Onion 1 cut into slice
Capsicum 1 julian
Sweet corn ½ cup
Mushrooms 4 sliced
Jalapenos 2 sliced
Olives 6 sliced
Tomatoes 1 julian
Cheddar cheese ¾ cup grate
Mozzarella cheese ¾ cup grated
Oregano leaves 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp

METHOD

Mix altogether in a bowl and knead with Luke warm water into a soft dough, leave to rise for 40 minutes, punch down and roll into a 10 inch circle, line a pizza plate, prick with fork, spread with 2 tbsp pizza sauce, sprinkle 3 tbsp cheddar cheese and filling, top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese mixed 1 ½ cup, put to bake for 25 minutes until golden and crisp. Serve hot.
