•Heat oil add cumin seeds, sliced onion, fry till light golden add chopped ginger and tomatoes, fry for 5 minutes add coriander powder, chili powder, khatai powder, salt, ¼ cup water, fry well add peas, potatoes, tandoori masla, cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes till oil comes on top. Serve garnish with coriander and green chilies.
