Ingredients
  1. 1) Capsicum, deseeded and sliced 150 gm
  2. 2) Chaat masala 4 tsp
  3. 3) Cottage cheese, cubed 2/3 cup
  4. 4) Garam masala 4 tsp
  5. 5) Lemon juice 15 ml
  6. 6) Lemon wedges 24
  7. 7) Onions, sliced 2/3 cup
  8. 8) Pineapple slices, drained 2 cups
  9. 9) Salad oil 1 cup
  10. 10) Salt to taste
  11. 11) Tomatoes, halved 14-16 pieces
Method
  • 1. Cut cottage cheese and pineapple slices into 1 inch cubes.
  • 2. Add chaat masala, garam masala, lemon juice, salt and salad oil to the capsicum, onions and tomatoes.
  • 3. Toss well together. Skewer the vegetables, cottage cheese and pineapple cubes in turn.
  • 4. Cook on a slow grill for 10 minutes.
  • 5. Remove from skewer onto a platter and serve with the lemon wedges.
