Yes, I also use green chilly and mint to make bhangar before the presentation, when I make chanay ki daal with this recipe I fell happy because every one like the taste of it and appreciate me.

You just need to cut green chillies, daniya, red chillies and the zeera to make bhangar with the help of oil in this chana daal. After one minute you feel such a nice smell of chanay ki daal, it is ready to eat.

My favorite dish is also tarkay wali daal in which I serve it with paratha and some times with tandoori naan, it is easy to make and good in taste.

Tarka is not good for health even if you using low fat oil because it can make health problems to a person.
