Heat oil on griddle and add 2tbsp of garlic paste,1/2 cup of onions and 1 tbsp of ginger with mutton on griddle and fry them
When mutton half cooked then add 200 grams of liver, 1 tomato, and 1tsp of salt, 1tsp of red chili powder and ¼ tsp of turmeric powder in it and let it cook. Add some water if require.
When liver and mutton are completely cooked then with help of spoon make small pieces of liver.
Add 1tsp of garam masala, 1 tbsp of qasuri methi and ¼ cup green chilies and mix them well.
Dish out tawa qeema and garnish with fresh green coriander
