Mix all together in a chopper and chop prized till smooth. Make into koftas and keep aside.

Boiled tomatoes with 1 cup water, salt, turmeric, coriander, chili powder till tender, blend and sieve mixture, put in a pan heat oil in another pan fry each separately white cumin whole, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, black pepper crushed, crushed garlic, add to the tomato pulp, cook for 5 minutes add koftas and cook for 10 minutes.
