  1. Oregano1tsp
    Black pepper1tsp
    Turmeric½ tsp
    Tara garam masala1tsp
    Red chili powder½ tsp
    Ingredients
    Chicken mince500 grams
    Medium sized onion2
    Garlic2tsp
    Ghee /oil½ cup
    Lemon juice2tbsp
    Salt1tsp
    Parsley¼ cup
Method
  • Mix a500 grams of minced chicken, 2 medium sized onion and 2tsp garlic in food processor.
    Then add 1tsp salt, 2tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 cup oil, 1/4 cup parsley, 1tsp oregano, 1tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp turmeric and ½ tsp red chili powder.
    Make the shape of kababs with help of pencil and allow frying
    Delicious Turkish kababs are ready to serve
