1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions to it and let them fry on the medium heat until they change their colour to golden brown.
2. Add tomatoes, salt and red pepper (chilli powder) and stir for 5 min; or until they become tend.
3. Now, add cabbage, carrots and capsicum, stir well. Add chilli sauce and soy sauce and let them cook.
4. Add water and cover the pan for 10 min:
5. while the vegetables cook, you may add other spices and tomato ketchup, and chilli garlic sauce.
6. Now, when the base is cooked well enough, you may add spaghetti and higher the flame. Stir.
7. Now, enjoy the yummy chinese in desi style.
