Ingredients
  1. - Green tea 1 tsp
  2. - Water 1 glass
  3. - Cinnamon bark 1/2 inch
  4. - Ginger Slice 1/2 inch
  5. - Lemon Slice 1
Method
  • - Place water in a ceramic pot over low heat until bubbles form (do not boil water).
  • - Pour the steaming hot water over tea, cinnamon, ginger and lemon slice in a mug and steep for 2-3 minutes (using boiling hot water or steeping more than 5 minutes will make tea bitter).
  • - Note: Individual weight loss varies due to diet intake and amount of exercise. Although there are no known risks of taking green tea, please check with physician for any specific health concerns. Also, daily caffeine intake for expecting and nursing mothers should be limited as advised by doctors.
