Ingredients
  1. 500g chicken breast, sliced
  2. 1 cup yoghurt
  3. 2 tsp salt
  4. 1 tsp pepper
  5. 1 tsp coriander powder
  6. 1 tsp cumin powder
  7. 1 tsp paprika
  8. 1/2 tsp tumeric
  9. 1 tsp crushed garlic
  10. 2 medium onions, sliced
  11. 1 red capsicum, sliced
  12. 1 greed capsicum, sliced
Method
  • To make the marinade, in a large bowl mix the chicken, yoghurt, salt, pepper, coriander powder, cumin powder, paprika, tumeric and crushed garlic. Let sit for ten minutes
  • In one large wok, sauté marinated chicken on high heat for 2 minutes, and lower heat. In another large wok, add vegetable oil and sauté sliced onion and capsium for 5 minutes.
  • Add the capsicum and onion to the wok with the chicken, and saute until thoroughly cooked.
  • Serve with guacamole, salsa, sour cream, grated cheese and finely sliced iceberg lettuce and tortilla’s.
