ابھی کچھ اور بھی گرد و غبار ابھرے گا
پھر اس کے بعد مرا شہ سوار ابھرے گا
سفینہ ڈوبا نہیں ہے نظر سے اوجھل ہے
مجھے یقین ہے پھر ایک بار ابھرے گا
پڑی بھی رہنے دو ماضی پہ مصلحت کی راکھ
کریدنے سے فقط انتشار ابھرے گا
ہمارے عہد میں شرط شناوری ہے یہی
ہے ڈوبنے پہ جسے اختیار ابھرے گا
شب سیہ کا مقدر شکست ہے محسنؔ
در افق سے پھر انجم شکار ابھرے گا
