  3. نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
  4. لال مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
  5. زیرہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
  6. دھنیا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
  7. ہلدی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
  8. گرم مصالحہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  9. لہسن،ادرک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
  10. ہری مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چار
  11. دہی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا کپ
  12. پیاز۔۔۔۔۔ ایک
METHOD
  • پیاز کا پیسٹ بنا کر اس کو پین میں ڈال کر اس کا پانی خشک کر لیں۔جب پانی خشک ہو جائے تو آدھا کپ آئل ڈال کر اس میں ہری مرچ،لہسن،ادرک ڈال کربھونیں لیں اور جب لائٹ گولڈن ہو جائے تو نمک،ہلدی،زیرہ،دھنیا،گرم مصالحہ،مرچ ڈال کر بھونیں پھر دہی پھینٹ کر شامل کریں اوار آلو ڈال کر بھون کر پانی ڈال دیں تاکہ آلو گل جائیں پھر اس میں ابلے ہوئے انڈے کات کر ڈالیں اور پانچ منٹ دم پر لگا دیں۔

its a very traditional food of Pakistan ..this aloo anday recipe Urdu is seems very tasty and its look a less grareebi in it.. my kids will like this they like this type of food to eat
