Ingredients
  1. Pasta    1 packet
    Oil          2-3 tbsp
    For chicken sauce:
    Chicken (Boneless)         300gm
    Tomatoes          3-4
    Tomato puree ½ cup
    Garlic    6-7 cloves
    Black pepper    1tsp
    Black pepper(crushed)  1 tsp
    Oregano            1/3 tsp
    Oil          3-4 tbsp
    Salt        to taste
    For white Sauce
    Milk      1
    Yakni    1 cup
    Butter  ½ cup
    Flour     2-3 tbsp
    For Topping
    Mozzarella cheese          150 gm
    Cheddar cheese 150 gm
Method
  • To prepare white sauce, add ½ cup butter and 2-3 tbsp flour in a pan.
    Sauté it for 2-3 mins. Add 1 cup yukni  and stir it again for 2-3 mins. Add 1 pound milk in the pan and keep on stirring till the white sauce it thick.
    To prepare chicken sauce, put 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan fry 6-7 cloves of garlic in it.
    Add 300 gm chicken in the pan and fry it. Add and cook 3-4 tomatoes in it.
    Then add ½ cup tomato puree, 1 tsp black pepper , 1 tsp red pepper, 1/3 tsp oregano and salt to taste. Cook it till the mixture is thick.
    Remove it from the flame. To boil pasta, boil some water in the pan.
    Add 1 tbsp oil and a pack of pasta in it.
    Boil it for 10 mins than transfer the pasta in cold water and add 2tbsp oil in it.
    For topping put some white sauce on the oven tray put a layer of pasta and then a layer of meat sauce cover it again with the white sauce.
    Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese from the top.
    Repeat all the layers. Sprinkle oregano on the baking dish in the end. Pre-heat the oven at 200 C and bake the pasta for 10-15 mins.
