Ingredients
  1. Chicken ½ kg (diced)
  2. Flour 1 cup
  3. Paprika 1 ½ tsp
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Egg 1 (slightly beaten)
  6. Milk 2/3 cup
  7. Butter 1 tbsp (melted)
  8. Oil as required
Method
  • In a bowl add flour, paprika, salt, egg, milk and melted butter and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Dip the chicken pieces in the prepared batter and then put them in the oil to fry.
