INGREDIENTS

1 can(s) beans, black, no-salt-added, (15 oz) drained and rinsed
1 box(es) brownie mix, fudge, optional: egg, water, oil, or applesauce in amounts called for on box

METHOD

Place can of black beans into a colander and rinse thoroughly.

Put beans back into the can and add enough water to cover the beans.

Put beans and water into blender and puree well.

Combine puree with a standard box of brownie mix. You can add (or choose to omit) the egg, water, oil (or applesauce) that the mix calls for.

Bake according to box directions.
