INGREDIENTS

Cabbage (chopped) 1
Peas (boiled) 250 gram
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Onion 1tsp
Fennel seeds 1tsp
Red chillies 5
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Cumin seeds 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Tomatoes 3
Fresh coriander ¼ bunch
Salt to taste
Oil ¼ cup

METHOD

• Finally cut and boil tomatoes
• Heat oil in a pot; fry mustard seeds and cumins
• Add onion and fennel seeds; cook till onion softens.
• Add red chillies, turmeric, salt, coriander, red chilli powder and cabbage; fry for 5 minutes
• Add tomatoes, peas and fresh coriander; fry for few minutes.
• Cook on low flame
• Increase flame after 5 minutes and cook till water dries.
• Serve tasty bhujiya hot
