Ingredients
  1. 2 kg mutton slices
  2. 4 tablespoons sweet yoghurt (mishit doi)
  3. 1.5 tablespoons garam masala powder
  4. 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  6. 2.5 tablespoons garlic paste
  7. 2.5 tablespoons tomato sauce
  8. 1/4 cup yoghurt
  9. 1.5 tablespoons tandoori masala
  10. 2 teaspoons red chilli flakes
  11. 1.5 tablespoons ginger paste
  12. 1/4 cup paste of crispy golden deep fried onion paste
  13. 2.5 tablespoons lemon juice
  14. 2.5 tablespoons nut paste
  15. 2 tablespoons besan
  16. 1/4 cup soybean oil
Method
  • -Slightly flatten the meat slices with a hammer or a rolling pin. Mix all the ingredients, excluding the besan and ghee with the meat. Marinate for 5 hours.
  • -Then cover the meat slices with besan powder.
  • -Heat a frying pan with ghee. On low heat, fry the meat slices until golden brown.
