Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cup(s) ice cream, light, vanilla
  2. 6 cherries, frozen
  3. 1 sheet(s) graham crackers, chocolate (1 full sheet, broken in half)
Method
  • Soften the light vanilla ice cream and stir in the frozen cherries.
  • Scoop the ice cream between the chocolate graham cracker squares.
  • Put in the freezer and let set about one hour.
