Chicken Dippers with Satay Sauce
2 pounds chicken tenders
1 pinch salt, Kosher
1/2 cup(s) peanut butter, creamy, natural
1/2 cup(s) water
2 tablespoon soy sauce, less sodium
1 tablespoon sugar, brown
Preheat oven to 375. Coat baking dish with oil spray and set aside.
Sprinkle chicken tenders with kosher salt and place in baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes uncovered.
While chicken is cooking, make dip by mixing peanut butter, water, soy sauce, and brown sugar.
