Ingredients
  1. Butter 30 g
  2. Rashers bacon 4
  3. Onion 1
  4. Garlic 1 cloves
  5. Chicken livers 375 g
  6. Flour 2 tbsp
  7. Chicken stock ¾ cups
  8. Tomato paste 1 tbsp
  9. Marjoram 1 tbsp
  10. Dried marjoram ½ tbsp
  11. Black pepper
  12. Sour cream ¼ cup
Method
  • • Melt butter in a saucepan and cook baco, onion and garlic over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until onion is soft. Add chicken livers and cook, stirrings, for 4 minutes or until livers change color
  • • Stir in flour, then gradually blend in stock. Ad tomato paste marjoram and black pepper to taste.
  • • Cover and cook strring occasionally over a low heat for 10 minutes. Just prior to serving
