INGREDIENTS

Beef boneless ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1
Green coriander (chopped) ½ bunch
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Aniseeds 3-4
Chili mili boti kebab masala 2 tbsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste

METHOD

Take ½ kg boneless beef, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 chopped onion. ½ bunch green coriander, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 3-4 tbsp aniseeds, 2 tbsp chili mili boti kebab masala and salt. Mix everything together. Put the beef pieces in sticks. Roast it or steam it and then fry it or bake it. chili mili boti kebab is ready.
