چلڈ کافی ڈیزرٹ (INGREDIENTS)
  1. پسی چینی ........... 3/4کپ
  2. جیلیٹین پاﺅڈر ..........2کھانے کے چمچے
  3. کافی ............3کپ
  4. پانی........... 1-1/3کپ
  5. لیموں کا رس ..........1کھانے کا چمچہ
  6. پھینٹی ہوئی کریم (گارنسش کے لیے).......... 1کپ
METHOD
  • ایک سوس پین میں 3/4کپ پسی چینی اور 2کھانے کے چمچے جیلیٹن پاﺅڈر ملائیں ۔ پھر اس میں 3کپ کافی اور1-1/3کپ پانی ڈال کر پکائیَ جب تک چینی اور جیلیٹن اچھی طرح حل نہ ہوجائیں۔ اِس دوران چمچہ مسلسل چلاتے رہیں ۔ اب چولہے سے ہٹاکر 1کھانے کا چمچہ لیموں کا رس اچھی طرح ملائیں۔ تیار آمیزہ سانچے میں ڈال کر رات بھر یا کم از کم 6گھنٹے کے لیے فریج میں سیٹ ہونے دیں ۔ پھر پھینٹی ہوئی کریم کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
