100 gm butter
3 egg yolks
75gm caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Cocoa powder to dust
Fruits to serve with
Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl, over a pan of simmering water,
remove and let cool. Whisk egg yolks with sugar till pale and fluffy,
slowly whisk in the cool chocolate and butter mixture, add essence.
Whip cream and fold in gently, spoon into ramekins or individual glasses
or any shaped moulds. Chill for atleast 3 hours or overnight and then
serve sprinkled with cocoa powder and serve with fruit.
