Ingredients
  1. Dates (cut into small chunks): Half cup
  2. Walnuts (cut into small pieces): Half cup
  3. Hot water: One cup
  4. Meetha soda: One teaspoon
  5. Egg: One
  6. Icing sugar: One cup
  7. Oil: Half cup
  8. Meda: One and a half cup
Method
  • Take half cup of dates (cut into small chunks) and half cup of walnuts (cut into small pieces) in a bowl and add one cup hot water and one teaspoon meetha soda. In a separate bowl, beat an egg. Add one cup icing sugar and half cup oil in the egg. Mix with the folk. Add dry fruits and water mixture in this bowl and mix all with the folk. Add one and a half cup meda slowly and mix well with the folk. Place an oily paper on a container and add all the mixture in container over the oily paper. Put the container in pre heated oven at slow heat. Cake will be ready in about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
