Ingredients
  1. 100 gm Coriander Leaf ( Dhone Pata )
  2. 50 gm Bengal Garam Flour ( Besan )
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Green Chilly ( Chopped into small pieces )
  5. A pinch of Baking Soda
Method
  • Cut coriander leaves into small pieces.
  • In a bowl mix coriander leaves, besan, salt, baking soda, green chilly and little bit of water if necessary. Make small round shape of the batter.
  • Heat oil in pan then fry it until it turns light brown.
  • Serving Suggestion:
  • Enjoy as appetizer or white rice with dal.
