INGREDIENTS

Fresh Milk 1 liter
Almonds 4-5
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Fresh Cream2 packets
Strawberry jelly powder 2 packets
Sugar 1 cup
Lemons 2
Sponge Cake 1
Hot Milk 1 cup

METHOD

Take 1 liter milk and 1 cup sugar in a pan and cook it. Now mix 3 tbsp corn flour in cold milk and mix it in the pan.
Stir it with a wooden spoon till the mixture is thick. Peel and slice 4-5 mangoes length wise. Separately beat 2 packets of cream and make 2 packets of strawberry.
When everything is ready, take a serving dish and pour in some custard. Give a layer of 3-4 slices of sponge cake and pour hot milk and 1 lemon juice over it to make it moist. Add in mango slices in the dish.
Now give a layer of jelly cubes, custard, milk, lemon juice and jelly. Garnish it cream mango and jelly. Serve it chilled.
