Ingredients
  1. Sandwich bread 10-15
  2. Chicken mince ½ kg
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Eggs 2
  5. Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  6. Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
  7. All spice powder 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  9. Green coriander 2 tbsp
  10. Oil to fry
  11. Salt to taste
Method
  • Take some oil in the pan and add in ½ kg mince, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tb sp red chili flakes, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp all spice powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder and salt.
  • Sauté everything together and add in green coriander and 2 tbsp chopped green chilies.
  • Mix everything and leave the batter to cool at room temperature.
  • Roll and flatten 10-15 bread slices.
  • Put the prepared mince mixture on it and close the edges with 2 eggs.
  • Heat some oil in the pan and deep fry the prepared bread samosas.
  • Serve it hot with chutney or ketchup.
