White chickpeas 200 grams
Garlic cloves 3
Fresh coriander ½ bunch
Baking soda ½ tsp
Black pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
• Boil and grind grams.
• Put garlic cloves, parsley, coriander leaves, green chillies, flour, soda, cumin seed, whole coriander, salt and black pepper.
• Mix all spices and grind grams more.
• Now make pattie/kabab of this mixture.
• Heat oil and fry falafal is ready to serve.
