  1. Self raising flour 120(g) egg(1) sugar (1tbsp) milk(200ml) melted butter oil
Method
  • (1) make the strawberry jam (a) remove the hulls and wash straw berries . dice them and put them in mixing bowl.(b) Add lemon juice and sugar into mixing bowl and stir well. cook in a microwave oven for about 2 to3 minsat high heat until sugar compely disslove. contine to coook
