Ingredients
  1. • Cooking chocolate (dark) 170 gram
  2. • Refined flour ( sieved) 1/3 cup
  3. • Baking powder ¾ cup
  4. • Butter ¾ cup + tsp
  5. • Eggs 3
  6. • Sugar ½ cup
  7. • Mint, cream and strawberries for garnishing
Method
  • • Melt chocolate in a double-boiler; add butter and mix till butter is melted; remove and set aside.
  • • Beat eggs and sugar in a bowler with electric beater till sugar dissolves
  • • Add flour and baking powder; beat
  • • Add chocolate and mix with spoon
  • • Grease paper cups with butter and place on muffin tray
  • • Pour nixture in the cups and bake at 108 C in pre-heated oven for 10 minutes; remove.
  • • Garnish with mint leaves, cream and strawberries; serve
