Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. lamb's liver
  2. 1 tablespoon cornflour
  3. 2 onions
  4. 1 clove garlic
  5. 2 tomatoes
  6. Oil for frying
  7. ½ teaspoon chilli powder
  8. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  9. 1 teaspoon ground pomegranate seeds (optional)
  10. salt to taste
Method
  • Wash liver and cut into slices. Dry and toss in corn-flour. Slice the onions, crush the garlic and chop the tomatoes. Fry the onions until light brown and add the tomatoes, garlic, chilli powder, gararn m.asala and ground pomegranate seeds, if used. Fry for five minutes. Add the liver, season with salt and cook for 20 minutes or till tender.
