Ingredients: Chicken (cut into slices)-250 grams
Beef (under cut)-250 grams
Rice (boiled)-1 1/2 cup
Egg White-2
Onion (chopped)-1
Ginger (chopped)-1 tbsp
Garlic (chopped)-3 to 4 cloves
Spring onion (chopped)-3
Green chili (cut into slices)-4 to 5
Coriander (chopped)-1/2 cup
Pea-250 grams
Crushed Black pepper-1/2 tsp
Anistar (badiyan k phool)-1 to 2
Chili Sauce-2 tbsp
Soya Sauce-3 to 4 tbsp
Salt-As required
Oil-4 to 5 tbsp |

Method: First of all In a bowl, beat the eggs well and season with salt and black pepper. Heat 1 tsp. oil in a non-stick pan or wok, pour in the beaten eggs, cook for about 1 min. without stirring, until set. Roll up the omelet and remove from pan.
After that take cooking bowls put oil, anistar and cook it.
When you feel the smell get it out and mix coriander, onion, ginger, garlic, beef, chicken and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.
later than 2 minutes include chili sauce, spring onion, green chili, pea, soya sauce and cook it over high flame.
Then add the cooked rice. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Fry the rice over medium low heat for 8-10 minutes.
And then to finish, garnish it with omelet slices.
Serve the rice on a wide plate.
